Christmas is the season of giving and a season for shopaholics too! When you are cracking your head wondering what to give your friends, family and colleagues, here are three recommendations, one from each of the Honeyz Cube belles.
The Polymath: For the Empowered
In honor of the launch of pureDKNY’s new scent: Rose, DKNY made a donation to support CARE, providing resources to help even more women escape poverty. PureDKNY – A Drop of Rose is available nationwide at all major department stores at SGD132 (100ml) and SGD96 (50ml).
This Christmas, let’s help to make an impact on improving the financial future for women, one drop at a time. 🙂

The Purist: For the Happy Ones
Eating chocolates makes one happy, and now, Cadbury is spreading this happiness with its “Joy of Giving” campaign from 1 November to 31 December, donating S$1 for every S$15 purchase of Cadbury products. All proceeds (up to S$30,000) collected from this campaign will be donated to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF).
In the spirit of giving, the Cadbury Joyrider admits riders for free, on 14 December 1-5pm at Downtown East. Donations will also be collected on the Cadbury Joyrider, and all proceeds will go directly to SPMF.
Well, this is not exactly a gift, but something you can use daily or even during your Christmas parties! Watsons has launched limited-edition tissue boxes, mini hankies and travel packs which feature colorful illustrations done by children from the Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home, with the aim to pledge $20,000.
The program “Helping Hands” hopes to empower and fulfill the wishes of the children in Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home. For each box or packet of tissue purchased, Watsons will donate ten percent of the proceeds to the Home. The limited-edition tissue sets will be available at all Watsons stores till February 2014.
So double your joy this Christmas by purchasing some of the gifts above and feel good knowing that your money may be helping people around the world!
